Getting to the property
- we will meet you and accompany you to Kvarnstugan or you choose to take the keys with a code from a key cabinet
- contact us setting up a time on of arrival, we will send you our telephone numbers
- meet your host(s) at their work: Lådfabriken, Sollid 398 Edshultshall. This is on your way to Mollösund
- in Kvarnstugan we will instruct you and hand over the keys, in return we receive the damage deposit. If you pick up the keys yourself then you will meet the hosts at their workplace and we will exchange the code for the deposit
Home Manual – house rules for the guests
- max 8 persons (adults and kids)
- suitable for babies (up to 2 years) and kids (2 – 12 years)
- Smoking is not allowed
- pets are allowed by request
- parties/events are not allowed
- there are no set quiet hours
- the rent includes bed linen, towels and kitchen towels, only for use in the house. (so bring your own beach towels)
- do not wear shoes in the house, this is not only a rule but also a good Swedish use
- the property must be left tidy as you found it
- final cleaning is outsourced and paid by the guests
- the cleaning costs are 1200 kr
Damage deposit
This deposit will be returned, provided the following provisions are met:
- The house is left in the order that you found it, except for washing of bed linen and profound house cleaning;
- No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear;
- The property has not been altered in anyway whatsoever (including locks, fixtures, fittings, furniture or anything else associated with the property);
- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the rubbish bins or brought to the recycling place just outside the village;
- Dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned before departure;
- The house is left tidy and orderly upon departure, other than basic dust and cleaning requirements;
- 2 sets of keys are handed over;
- Linens and towels are not lost or damaged;
- No shoes were worn in the house;
- No smoking was done inside the house whatsoever;
- No other pets have been in the house other than the ones registered;
- The fireplaces in the living rooms were NOT used by the tenant;
- The house is kept clean throughout the Renter’s stay;
- The Renter is liable for all damage caused by them or housemates, including their guests, found upon inspection on the day of departure. Fault is presumed;
In the event that any of the above provisions are not met, the Damage Deposit can be withheld and renter can be made liable for additional costs.
